Beef and radish soup is a very popular soup in Korea.汤不辣,so it's a perfect choice for children,and it can be whipped up quickly if you have a lot of sudden guests.这是最能和米饭一起吃的丰盛的食物,是韩国饮食中的主食。

This is an old recipe with a new video,part of my project to remake all of my old videos into higher quality HD and with original music so they can't be blocked in some countries on copyright grounds.

配料(2-3份)

  • ½ pound beef brisket,cut into small pieces
  • 英镑朝鲜萝卜ordaikon,washed and peeled
  • 2个葱,sliced thinly diagonally
  • 4大蒜瓣,剁碎的
  • 1汤匙鱼露(orsoup soy sauce
  • 1茶匙盐
  • 7杯水

Directions

  1. 把萝卜切成一口大小,大约1.5 x 1.5英寸,1/4到1/8英寸厚。
  2. Put the radish and water into a pot.Cover and bring it to a boil over medium high heat for about 15 minutes.韩国萝卜汤牛肉萝卜汤
  3. Add the beef and garlic.把火调到中火,煮25分钟。Add fish sauce,盐,and chopped green onion.
  4. Cook another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  5. 用勺子舀进碗里。和米饭一起吃,泡菜,and more side dishes.

    Since i cook a lot of Korean food …here is my dinner tonight i skip the rice..

      土豆听上去不错,但我会用萝卜之类的东西来代替红萝卜。

        Turnip gets mushy (I tried!–煮熟后会失去味道,so do potatoes.
        Both radish and red radish stay firm when cooked – so no worries about reheating left-overs (if any,but better too much than too little!;-)
        红色的萝卜会从里到外变成粉红色,使肉汤变色。也是;但这不是坏事。

    My parents absolutely adored this soup but I think something went wrong.我按照食谱的每一个细节,但是当汤喝完后,只剩下几汤匙肉汤了!我父母不介意,因为他们喜欢炖菜,but I would prefer my soup be a soup.我该怎么办??

      "……只剩下几汤匙汤了。”The soup must have been cooked too long or the heat was too high.加入更多的水,煮熟或降低温度。

    谢谢你,谢谢你的这道食谱。It is so so delicious.I've had it for 4 meals in a row now and I'm still not sick of it!当我不知道该做什么的时候,我想这会是我的最佳选择。I better make sure I have moo in the fridge always!!
