This is a « must-taste » !
Very surprising because of the difference between the soft,cute way it looks and the taste that is,as written in the introduction of the recipe,absolutly not bland !
Actually I remember I smiled and said « ho ho,you're a stinky one!» as i opened the lid after a few days fermenting.
Once fermented,it exhales a strong smell but the crunchy texture,the clearness and sweetness of the brine make it light and refreshing.
It's good and beautiful !!lets say it is « gootiful » ;)
