Jon Lawhon
Sonivek is an audio production facility dedicated to serving our clients with quality work and professional courtesy. It’s owned and operated by Jon Lawhon, a radio broadcaster and voice actor who has over 15 years experience in announcing and audio production. His positions in radio down through the years include DJ, Music Director, Newscaster and Production Director for stations in Georgia and the Tampa Bay area. He also has a lot of writing under his belt, including tons of creative copy for radio commercials and promos as well as comedy and drama material for church productions. Prime Example, a Christian comedy team in which he partnered with Fred Passmore, enjoyed success in venues across many states as well as with several radio releases. Jon started Sonivek out of his love for radio and audio production.
So, what does "Sonivek" mean?
Sonivek is a combination of the word "sonic", which means "sound", and Jon's middle name, Kevin, spelled backward. Clever, huh?
